4. Intellectual Property

All content created by Dartros remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client. Dartros reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Payment Terms

All projects require a written agreement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may request project cancellation. Refunds are only applicable if no significant work has been completed. Dartros reserves the right to deduct fees for work already performed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dartros shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Changes to Terms
